By using a restricted feature or submitting a form, you confirm that you act for business purposes, are at least 18, have authority to act for the identified organisation and will provide accurate information. Consumer use is not offered.
You may use the website to make legitimate manufacturing enquiries, submit a Supplier profile and communicate about authorised opportunities. You must not scrape data, probe security, introduce malware, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, evade restrictions, harvest contact details or use confidential information to bypass PartEnvoy. Notify notifications@partenvoy.com promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
A registered account is personal to its user and may be used only for an organisation the user is authorised to represent. Users must protect credentials, enable required security factors, keep company memberships current and must not share an account. Organisation owners are responsible for requesting removal of access when a colleague no longer requires it. A matching email address or company name does not automatically establish ownership of an earlier submission or Supplier profile; PartEnvoy may require additional verification before linking records.
You must select the confidentiality route that applies before uploading files. Where no NDA is required, or an NDA is required only before supplier sharing, technical files may enter PartEnvoy's private quarantine. They must not be disclosed to a Supplier until any applicable NDA is recorded. Where an NDA is required before PartEnvoy receives technical files, do not upload CAD or drawings. Under either NDA option, you may download PartEnvoy's template or upload one customer NDA PDF of no more than 5 MB. Do not upload export-controlled, unlawfully held or regulated data unless PartEnvoy has expressly confirmed an approved process. You retain ownership of material you provide and grant PartEnvoy only the limited rights stated in the accepted project documents.
Restricted project content is also governed by the applicable confidentiality and commercial agreement. Website access never authorises onward disclosure, publicity, external AI-system uploads or use outside the project. PartEnvoy may quarantine or remove content presenting a credible legal, rights or security risk.
PartEnvoy provides sourcing coordination and may separately provide scoped engineering or technical-drawing work. A website submission is only a request for review. No paid engineering work begins until the parties agree its scope, deliverables, assumptions, price, timing, revision allowance and responsibility in writing. Website content, preliminary comments, profiles and comparisons are not certification, regulatory approval or a guarantee of price, capacity, quality, delivery or fitness for use. The Buyer and selected Supplier must enter a direct contract governing manufacture and sale.
PartEnvoy owns the website, brand, software, layout, supplier database, sourcing methods and non-user content. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website normally. Feedback may be used without payment if it contains no confidential information.
The website is provided as available. PartEnvoy may maintain, change or suspend features and may restrict access for security risk, unlawful conduct, false identity, abuse, overdue commercial payment or material breach. Separate accepted agreements govern any promised service level.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice. Operational, contractual and security messages are not marketing and may be necessary to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartEnvoy is not liable under these website-only terms for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit, production, data, opportunity or goodwill. Aggregate website-only liability in any 12-month period is limited to €1,000. This does not limit fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. A signed commercial agreement controls where it states another allocation.
Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. PartEnvoy may retain the accepted version, timestamp and submission evidence. Dutch law governs these Website Terms and the District Court of Oost-Brabant, location ’s-Hertogenbosch, has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule and urgent protective relief. Questions or legal notices may be sent to contact@partenvoy.com.
